Is there parking available? +
Yes. There is a public car park, ALBERTINE which provides direct access to the SQUARE.

Is it possible to reserve a parking space for my event? +
We recommend booking visitors tickets directly through InterParking for the Albertine parking.

Do you have Internet/wifi access for event organisers and visitors? +
Yes, we have an Internet access which can go up 1000Mbps, (for upload and download) covering all the buildings of SQUARE.
The wifi is available in every space (rooms, halls & shared spaces).
We can also provide an access around the Cube and in the BOZAR room. -
Do you rent technical equipment? +
We can provide different technical equipments such as printers, copiers, laptops, copy machines, voting equipment, etc.

Why is there a need for so much security? +
These security measures make sure that you and your attendees are safe and reassured. They also guarantee efficient evacuation in an emergency as well as allowing the emergency services to reach the scene if required.

How can I book a venue at SQUARE? +
Simply use the quote form or contact our sales team via the contact page or by email.
A dedicated sales manager will guide you through the process, help define your needs and prepare a tailored proposal. -
How can I check venue availability for a specific date? +
Availability can be checked directly by contacting the SQUARE Sales team.
Once the date and requirements are confirmed, a temporary option can be placed on the selected spaces. -
How far in advance should I book a venue? +
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or peak periods.
Major congresses are often booked 12 to 24 months in advance.
But for a smaller event, we need to know your needs minimum 3 weeks in advance. -
What are the venue rental prices? +
Rental prices vary depending on the rooms, duration, configuration and services required.
Our team will provide detailed pricing based on your brief. -
Do you provide customized quotes? +
Yes. Every quotation is fully customised to match your event format, timeline and technical requirements.

Is it possible to visit the venue before booking? +
Absolutely. Site visits and guided tours can be organised prior to booking in order to explore the spaces and discuss technical and operational aspects.

Do you offer packages for one-day or multi-day events? +
One‑day and multi‑day formats are available, with adaptable packages depending on the event scope and complexity.

Can multiple events take place at the same time? +
Yes. Thanks to its modular design, SQUARE can host multiple events simultaneously while ensuring smooth circulation and full separation of audiences.

Do you offer special rates for charities or NGOs? +
Special conditions may be considered for charities or NGOs, subject to availability and event scope.

What types of events can take place at SQUARE? +
SQUARE hosts a wide range of events including conferences, congresses, conventions, corporate meetings, award ceremonies, exhibitions, cultural events and institutional summits. With multiple auditoriums, meeting rooms and exhibition spaces, the venue is adaptable to both large‑scale events and more intimate formats.

Which services are compulsory? +
The rooms inevitably include security staff and cleaning staff during your event (foreseen additional costs).
The use of audiovisual equipment is not included in the cost of renting the space

What is included in the room rental? +
The following services are included in the room rental: cleaning before and after the event, rental of the room itself, heating and air-conditioning.

Can I use my own caterers? +
Unfortunately not; we invite you to go through our caterers, SQUARE GUSTO

What do the event management fees relate to? +
These fees cover administrative management as well as the presence of our coordinator at your event, from assembly to disassembly.

Do you provide CATERING services? +
Yes. Catering is provided through SQUARE’s official in‑house catering department, ensuring high‑quality, flexible and event‑specific solutions : SQUARE Gusto can guide you for coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, cocktails & many more foody services!

Do you offer SECURITY or CLEANING services? +
Yes. Security and cleaning services are mandatory and coordinated by SQUARE to ensure safety and quality standards.

Do you provide simultaneous TRANSLATION solutions? +
Yes. Simultaneous interpretation solutions (booths, headsets, technical support) can be arranged upon request.

Can spaces be customized with BRANDING and SIGNAGE? +
Yes. Spaces can be fully customised with branding, signage, wayfinding, banners and staging, in line with the venue’s technical guidelines. To guarantee the adapted signage in our venue, we can help you with our Signage department.

Can we install our own technical equipment? +
Yes. External technical equipment may be installed, subject to prior approval and compliance with SQUARE’s technical and safety standards.

What audiovisual equipment is available? +
SQUARE is fully equipped to host hybrid and digital events, including live streaming, recording, and interaction with remote audiences. Our AV-ICT department can guide you!

Is technical support available on site? +
Yes. A dedicated technical team is present on site during build‑up, event days and dismantling in constant communication with our AV-ICT department.

Can hybrid or digital events be organized at SQUARE? +
Yes. SQUARE is fully equipped to host hybrid and digital events, including live streaming, recording, and interaction with remote audiences. Our AV-ICT department can guide you!

Can you support the full organization of a congress or conference? +
Yes. In collaboration with the agency GL events Live.EU, SQUARE can host end‑to‑end congress and conference organisation, including production, logistics, technical services and on‑site operations.

Do you recommend catering, technical or event partners? +
We are a full integrated venue with a 360° offer. Our team is here to help you find the best solution for your events needs.

Do you provide waste management services? +
Yes. Waste management services are possible and aligned with sustainability and environmental standards in collaboration with ALPACA. You can choose to work with them to minimize the waste volume during your event.

Is there a cloakroom or locker service available? +
Yes. Cloakroom facilities are generally available during events, allowing visitors to store coats and personal items. Availability may vary depending on the event setup.

Which digital services do you offer? +
We can provide the following services:
- Live streaming (which can be hosted on your website or else we can create a dedicated website)
- ePoster solutions
- Web applications with several possibilities such as agenda, polling, map of event, etc.
- Digital signage
- Badges and registration solutions

Do I have to take out insurance? +
YES. Whether you are a company, an event agency or just an individual wishing to organise an event, you must have civil liability insurance.
