Yes. There is a public car park, ALBERTINE which provides direct access to the SQUARE.
We recommend booking visitors tickets directly through InterParking for the Albertine parking.
Yes, we have an Internet access which can go up 1000Mbps, (for upload and download) covering all the buildings of SQUARE.
The wifi is available in every space (rooms, halls & shared spaces).
We can also provide an access around the Cube and in the BOZAR room.
We can provide different technical equipments such as printers, copiers, laptops, copy machines, voting equipment, etc.
These security measures make sure that you and your attendees are safe and reassured. They also guarantee efficient evacuation in an emergency as well as allowing the emergency services to reach the scene if required.

The rooms inevitably include security staff and cleaning staff during your event (foreseen additional costs).
The use of audiovisual equipment is not included in the cost of renting the space
The following services are included in the room rental: cleaning before and after the event, rental of the room itself, heating and air-conditioning.
Unfortunately not; we invite you to go through our caterers, SQUARE GUSTO
These fees cover administrative management as well as the presence of our coordinator at your event, from assembly to disassembly.

YES. Whether you are a company, an event agency or just an individual wishing to organise an event, you must have civil liability insurance.

Yes. There is a public car park, ALBERTINE which provides direct access to the SQUARE.
NO. You have to check with the event organizer to see if they make free parking tickets or reduced price tickets available during the event. In which case they will distribute them directly and not through us.
We have dedicated entrances for people with mobility disabilities (rue Ravenstein and the Cube entrance). From there you will be able to use an elevator and gain access to the rest of the facility.
If you need to plan your visit, a detailed floorplan is available upon request.
YES. We have a lot of restrooms for visitors, they’re spread out on various floors and close to all rooms & spaces. Follow the signage to find the closest one or ask any of our staff.
Most restrooms have an accessible toilet with a larger door, special handles and extra space.
We do not have baby changing tables or showers.
YES. Most of the time our wifi can be accessed within SQUARE buildings and rooms. Sometimes the event organizer will deploy an additional access for specific needs.
LAN connections are only available in working spaces and studios.
You have to check with the event organizer first.
Our security personnel will only ask credentials or authorizations for crew or individual who show up with professional equipment (tripods, lighting, cables, …) or if media coverage has been limited by the organizer.
NO. SQUARE is not a museum or a public building you can visit freely.
Although its central location in the heart of Brussels makes it an ideal spot for taking pictures and using restrooms, we do not grant access outside of the planned events.
During major events, catering areas are usually available inside the venue. Availability depends on the specific event, but refreshments and food services are commonly offered on site thank’s to our official catering service called SQUARE Gusto.
Visitors can enjoy food and beverage services throughout the event, such as coffee breaks, lunches or receptions, depending on the programme planned by the organizer.
SQUARE is surrounded by numerous hotels of all categories, including 4‑ and 5‑star hotels, all within walking distance. This location makes it very convenient for visitors attending multi‑day events. You can find more than 20 000 hotel rooms in Brussels.
Yes. SQUARE features several lounge and seating areas where visitors can relax, take a break or meet informally between sessions. Maybe you will have the chance to discover the Magritte Lounge…
Yes. Cloakroom facilities are generally available during events, allowing visitors to store coats and personal items. Availability may vary depending on the event setup.
Bicycle parking is available in the immediate surroundings of the venue. Smaller personal items can usually be stored at the cloakroom.
Any items found during an event are kept by the venue team. Visitors can contact SQUARE’s reception desk or on‑site staff to inquire about lost items.
SQUARE hosts a wide range of events including conferences, congresses, conventions, corporate meetings, award ceremonies, exhibitions, cultural events and institutional summits. With multiple auditoriums, meeting rooms and exhibition spaces, the venue is adaptable to both large‑scale events and more intimate formats.
SQUARE – Brussels Convention Centre is located in Brussels, next to the “Mont des Arts”.
It is directly accessible via Brussels Central Station, just a 2‑minute walk from the venue.
The site is also well served by metro, tram and bus lines, making it easily reachable from all parts of the city and from Brussels Airport by train.

Nous avons mis en place des protocoles et dispositions extraordinaires afin de répondre au plus près aux conditions spécifiques découlant de la crise sanitaire liée au Covid-19.
